10 Points on Aging Gloriously

1. Never use the word “age”. What you think you become. Only think of age as sweetening your life.

2. Breathe yourself away from stuff you don’t want: Criticism, blame justification. Forget it. Drop it in a stream, see it float away.

3. Put the best photographs of yourself out. It’ll pick up your spirits.

4. Live for yourself. Practice love and forgiveness on yourself. This generosity will be extended to others.

5. You’re gorgeous no matter what you look like. How people respond to you is all about the energy you project. Love people unconditionally, then no one can hurt you.

6. Be in love always, with what you do, say, think or act. That way you’ll attract the man of your dreams, if he’s not there already.

7. Accept that everyone is right. From the others experience, this is true. [or] Don’t make anyone “wrong” – from their experience, they are just as right as you are. [or] Choose thoughts of joy not pain, out of all that mental traffic in your head.

8. Love your body. It works perfectly in spite of all the times you’ve tinkered with it.

9. At least once a week, write a letter of appreciation to yourself and be surprised at how many others will benefit.

10. Have quiet time. So you can receive the gifts, ideas, guidance from your Higher self.
